Account and data deletion

Public instructions for requesting deletion of an administrator-created Daily Go Kuryer account and associated data.

Updated: 2026-09-06 Official website
How the account is created

Daily Go Kuryer has no public self-registration. A courier account is created by an organization administrator, so deletion is handled through an administrator after identity and authority are verified.

Contacts
1. Send a request
  • Contact your organization administrator or use the phone/Telegram links above.
  • Use the subject “Daily Go Kuryer account and data deletion” and provide your login/full name and organization.
  • Do not send a password, API token, or customer phone/address data.
2. Verification and action
  • The administrator/support verifies the requester’s identity and authority in the organization.
  • This is not an automated self-service flow; an authorized administrator processes the request manually.
  • Account access is disabled, and current sessions and push registrations are revoked or disabled.
3. Deleted and retained data
  • Account-associated profile, device/push identifiers, and courier location data not required for one of the specific retention reasons below are deleted or de-identified from active and recoverable server records.
  • Orders, payment status, audit records, and photos may be retained temporarily when needed for active delivery, a dispute, fraud/security, accounting, or legal obligations.
  • When that need ends, the records are also deleted or de-identified through the current operational process.
Clearing only on-device data

Logging out, clearing the app storage/cache, or uninstalling the app may remove local tokens and settings, but does not automatically delete server records. Send the separate request above for server-side data.
